terms and conditions of sale
purpose
These T&Cs define the terms of distance selling between the Seller and the Client, including ordering, payment, delivery, and the right of withdrawal.
products
Maison Protéine offers vegan protein powders and related products for individual customers. We are committed to providing products that comply with the regulations in force and the applicable standards in France and the European Union.
Orders, pricing and payment
Orders are placed through our website and confirmed by email. Payment is due immediately upon ordering and is processed securely via our payment partner. Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT). Shipping fees are added separately and displayed before the final order confirmation. Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, or any other secure method offered on the Site. Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation. Online payment is secured by encryption protocols (SSL) compliant with current standards. Payment details are never transmitted to the seller. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete.
delivery
Orders are shipped within one business day after confirmation, to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. Product risk is transferred to the Client upon receipt of the order. Clients must check the condition of the packaging and products upon delivery. If there are any issues, the Client must make the necessary remarks or refuse the parcel if damaged. In case of loss, damage, or non-compliance due to transportation, the client must notify the seller as soon as possible by email at hello@maisonproteine.com, so an investigation with the carrier can be initiated.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the client, or for events of force majeure.
Right of Withdrawal
According to French consumer law, customers have a right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving their order, except for sealed goods unsealed by the customer (e.g. opened food products), which cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@maisonproteine.com before returning the product
Returns and Refunds
Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. If a product is defective or non-compliant, you may return it to us with a description of the issue. We will exchange or refund the product in accordance with legal requirements.
Liability
Maison Protéine shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use or misuse of its products. The customer is solely responsible for verifying ingredient lists and allergens.
