INGREDIENTS
20g chia seeds
30g of WILD MATCHa
200ml plant-based milk (almond, oat, soy..)
100g plant-based yogurt (soy, coconut, almond..)
100g red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry..)
INSTRUCTIONS
1) add the chia seeds, protein, plant-based milk and yogurt into a resealable jar
2) stir well until smooth
3) seal the jar and refrigirate overnight
4) add the red fruits in the morning
5) enjoy!
