INGREDIENTS
40g rolled oats
10g chia seeds
1 banana (cut into small pieces)
30g of your favorite Maison Protéine flavor
200ml plant-based milk (almond, oat, soy..)
100g plant-based yogurt (soy, coconut, almond..)
INSTRUCTIONS
1) add all the ingredients into a resealable jar
2) give it a good stir until smooth
3 ) reseal the jar and put it in the fridge
4) enjoy in the morning!
