INGREDIENTS
20g rolled oats
10g chia seeds
20g hazelnut
10g hazelnut butter
30g of your favorite Maison Protéine flavor
150ml plant-based milk (almond, oat, soy..)
100g plant-based yogurt (soy, coconut, almond..)
INSTRUCTIONS
1) add the oats, chia seeds, protein, plant-based milk and plant-based yogurt into a resealable jar
2) give it a good stir until smooth
3) reseal the jar and put it in the fridge
4) the next morning, add the hazelnuts and hazelnut butter
5) stir and enjoy!
