250ml plant-based milk (almond, oat, soy..)

INSTRUCTIONS

1) mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
2) heat your pan over medium heat (add a little oil if needed)
3) pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mix for each pancake
4) cook each pancake 2 minutes per side until golden, and enjoy!
